Jeremiah Russell, LMT, LMTI
Jeremiah was born and raised in the Brownwood area and graduated from Blanket high school in 2002. Upon graduation, he attended Angelo State University until his junior year where he was presuing a degree in physical therapy. During this time Jeremiah longed for a deeper understanding of: human anatomy, kinesiology and the complete understanding of the way a human body operates, which is still his passion today.
This drive lead Jeremiah into the education towards massage therapy and empowering his clients with a realistic and proven track record.
In 2004 in order to pursue a career in massage therapy he relocated to Denton and attended Texas Massage Institute in Plano where he graduated in 2005. With his love for anatomy and kinesiology, he graduated at the top of his class.
Jeremiah continues to increase his knowledge for the understanding of the human body. He brings his love for anatomy and kinesiology to Fancy's Day Spa where he is presently a massage therapist on staff. He also is sharing his love for massage by mentoring and educating future massage therapists as an instructor at Texas Massage Academy.
With his extensive knowledge of Anatomy and Deep Tissue Massage, Jeremiah brings a wealth of experience to the treatment room as well as day to day operations. Jeremiah is also the proud father of his son Kade who was born in 2008. Kade has told Jeremiah that he wants to do massage when he grows up, just like his daddy.
Melanie Harris, LMT, LMTI
Melanie is a West Texas native. She and her husband have been blessed with two beautiful daughters. Mel has an Administrative Assistant background and has always had a passion for helping others. Working in the medical field, she wanted to expand on that passion. So, in 2012, she made the decision to attend the inaugural class of Texas Massage Academy. (Turned out to be one of the best decisions of her life.) Mel is fascinated with client assessment. She works diligently with her clients to understand the “why” of their aches, pains and discomforts, and uses her knowledge to create a solution.
Catherine Qunell, LMT
Catherine is a born and raised Brownwood native. She is a 2007 graduate from Brownwood High School. She attended McMurry University for 2 years, where she was a collegiate tennis player while studying to be a tennis coach.
She graduated from the Texas Massage Academy in 2013 at the top of her class. She is passionate about helping her community with pain management and relief through massage. She loves anatomy and kinesiology and how a thorough knowledge of both helps when assessing a treatment plan for her clients to get them on the right path for healing.

Valinda Sigle, LMT
Valinda grew up in west Texas. She is a single mom of two wonderful little girls (that are her life, Alexis and Bristol). She went through a major life changer and knew she needed a career that would support her and her little girls. So, she decided to enroll in Texas Massage Academy. She knew that this is what she was meant to do! She graduated and became a LMT here at Fancy's Day Spa.
She specializes and is passionate about making her clients feel better incorporating therapeutic massage.
After completing massage school, she realized she has a knack and understanding of how the human body works. She uses her knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology as well as her hand skills to bring to the table a documented approach for helping her clients. She finds herself loving what she does, especially when her clients leave pain free and 100% range of motion back in their bodies.

Stephanie Blount, LMT
After having had lower back surgery herself in 2013, she was left with some nagging pain that she didn’t experience true relief from until she started massage school. She also started working as the weekend receptionist in October 2016.
She graduated in May 2017 and started working at Fancy’s Day Spa in June 2017. She has 2 step children, 1 grandchild, and 2 fur babies at home. She loves helping people, especially relieving pain!
She specializes in deep tissue work, correcting knee problems, finding the source of lower back pain, and relieving carpal tunnel syndrome.
Glen Morgan, LMT
After working dead end jobs for 4 years he discovered Texas Massage Academy and enrolled. He found his true passion and excelled in the classroom. Upon graduating he became a high energy, high output LMT specializing in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Relaxation massages."
